PRICES
Our prices are per room, on a 2 night base, and include bed & breakfast, and all taxes.
Extra charge for babies and toddlers until 3 years.
Children between 3 and 12 years old : extra charge with extra bed provided .
Children older than 12 : prices for adults apply.
Our rooms can contain only 1 baby cot or 1 extra bed, except the junior suites.
During Christmas holidays ( from December 22nd to January 3rd ), high season rates are applied.
from October 15 to March 31
from April 1 to June 30
from September 1 to October 14
from July 1 to August 31
Booking conditions
We accept reservations for 2 nights minimum during the mid and high seasons.
The reservation is valid only after payment of a deposit of 50% of the amount (see below our bank transfer references), or after authorization on a credit card as a guarantee. The remaining amount is to be paid at checkout.
Cancellation policy
As from January 2023 : cancellation is possible until 1 month before check-in, the deposit is refunded.
In case of cancellation at less than 30 days prior to check-in, the deposit is not refunded.
Refunds outside the European Union : an administrative fee of 10 EUR is applied on the amount.
In case of no-show or antecipated departure, the full amount of the stay is payable.
Exception : in case of booking the entire Villa during the high and very high seasons, the free cancellation deadline is 2 months instead of 30 days.
