ANNUAL CLOSING PERIOD :
The Villa Extramuros closes for holidays or maintenance during the month of January after the holidays, and until early February.
In 2023 : from January 8th until February 10th 2023 included.
SPECIAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE RESERVATIONS :
due to the exceptional situation with the epidemia of Covid-19, and in order to give more flexibility to travelers for the reservations, we amended our general conditions as follows until end of 2022 :
- our rooms can be booked for 1 night only. From July 2021, only in the low season.
- free cancellation is accepted until 7 days before arrival , instead of 1 month.
- temporary cancellation conditions : as a consequence of the pandemic of Covid-19, we kindly inform you that in case of cancellation, we offer the possibility to credit you with a voucher valid during 18 months from the date of cancellation, instead of immediately refunding the sums already paid.
